The app is really easy to use - just download and install it, grant it the necessary permissions, and you're good to go! You can choose which conversations to back up, and even exclude certain contacts or messages if you want to. The app also allows you to view your backed-up conversations, so you can easily check on something you said or received in the past.
One of the things I love about Sms Backup & Restore For Android is the attention to detail - the app even saves your MMS messages, complete with images and videos. This has been a lifesaver for me, as I've been able to recover important photos and videos that I thought were lost forever. The app also allows you to search through your backed-up conversations, making it easy to find specific messages or contacts.
