So, what is Zoetis exactly? It's a company that develops and manufactures medicines and vaccines for animals, kind of like a pharmaceutical company, but for pets and livestock instead of humans. Imagine a place where scientists and animal lovers come together to make the world a better place for our furry friends.
But, why Charles City, Iowa, you might ask? Well, it's actually a great location for Zoetis because of the town's strong agricultural roots and the availability of skilled workers. It's like a match made in heaven, where the town's expertise meets the company's mission to improve animal health. And, let's be real, who wouldn't want to work in a place surrounded by rolling hills and cute farm animals?
