The Cowboys haven't always held their training camp in Oxnard, of course. Back in the day, they used to train in Thousand Oaks, California, and even spent some time in Austin, Texas. But Oxnard has been their home away from home for over 20 years now, and it's hard to imagine them anywhere else.
Now, you might be wondering what the players get up to during their downtime at training camp. Well, let's just say they like to have a little fun! From prank wars in the locker room to golf tournaments on their days off, these guys know how to let loose and have a good time.
And then there are the quirky traditions that have developed over the years. Like the time the team had a massive water balloon fight to cool off during a hot practice session. Or the annual rookie talent show, where the new guys have to show off their skills - and we're not just talking about football skills, either!
