For the 2026 edition, Pride of Britain airs on ITV1. That’s it. It’s the same channel that brings you Love Island drama and Coronation Street gossip, but with way more tissues involved. If you have cable, satellite, or even a potato connected to an antenna, you can find it on channel 103 on Sky, 103 on Virgin Media, and 3 on Freeview.
Yes, you read that right: channel 3 on Freeview. It’s so easy to find that even your nan could do it—and she still calls the remote “the clicker.”
The Real Drama: Is It On Catch-Up?
Let’s be honest: if you’re reading this at 9:45 PM on the night of the awards, you’ve probably missed the live broadcast. But fear not, you digital-age hero. You can catch it on ITVX (that’s the streaming service, not a new Xbox game). Just search “Pride of Britain” and prepare for a flood of tears that would make a waterfall jealous.
Pro tip: if you start watching after midnight, the show will hit you with a sudden wave of emotional exhaustion. You’ll be ugly-crying into a pillow at 1 AM, questioning why you didn’t bring more ice cream.
