So, next time you’re on the M6, feeling the road trip fatigue creep in, don’t settle for the usual dismal pit stop. Aim for the Waitrose & Partners at Charnock North. It’s a tiny beacon of light in the grey wilderness of motorway travel.
You’ll leave with more than just fuel in your car. You’ll have good food in your belly, kindness in your memory, and a little bit of joy in your step. And maybe, just maybe, you’ll find yourself looking forward to the next service station stop. Waitrose – turning motorway hell into a surprisingly delightful experience, one prawn sandwich at a time. Happy travels, you beautiful road warrior! You deserve it.
