Okay, I was nervous. I hate eye tests. The puff of air? The “which is better, one or two?” nonsense? Nightmare fuel. But the staff here? They are wizards. They’re friendly, they’re patient, and they don’t judge you for having eyes like a mole.
One optician actually laughed at my joke about my prescription being as thick as a Harry Potter book. Top marks. They even let me try on a pair of glasses that were clearly meant for a much smaller head. We had a good chuckle.
The “Hidden” Photo Locations
If you want a truly great photo of the store, go near the entrance by the chrome escalators. The reflection is insane. You can get a shot where you look like you’re surrounded by a thousand pairs of glasses. It’s a perfect background for a “new look, who dis?” post.

Also, look up. The ceiling in the Trafford Centre is basically a Vatican City of retail architecture. Get a low-angle shot of you holding a pair of frames against that ornate gold. Your friends will think you went to a museum, not a glasses shop.
