The hotel has a Thyme restaurant attached. It’s their in-house brand. It’s fine. The food is solid pub grub. Nothing fancy, but it hits the spot after a long day of… whatever you do.
Do yourself a favor, though. Walk into town. Newton Abbot has a few gems. Or just order a takeaway and eat it on the giant bed. I’m not judging. You do you.

Free Wi-Fi. It actually works. That’s not a given in 2026, is it? Stares at every other hotel.
Parking is a bit tight. But there’s a big car park next door. It costs a few quid. Don’t let that ruin your vibe. Just factor it in, like a tax on relaxation.
The corridors are quiet. You won’t hear people slamming doors at 3 AM. Unless you are the person slamming doors at 3 AM. In which case, please don’t.
