So, to answer the burning question: Yes, Euston Station is in the Congestion Zone. It’s been there since 2003 and it’s not moving. It’s as permanent as the queue for the ladies’ loo during rush hour.
Think of the Congestion Charge as the villain in your journey. You can fight it, avoid it, or just pay the ransom. Either way, Euston Station is the boss of this level, and you need a strategy.
Pro tip: If you do drive in, keep a receipt of your payment on your phone. Nothing ruins a day faster than a battle with a parking appeal system. It’s like arguing with a vending machine—frustrating and pointless.
So next time someone asks you, “Is Euston in the Congestion Zone?” You can smile knowingly. You can nod. And then you can tell them about the £15, the traffic warden’s laugh, and why you now take the Tube every single time. Your wallet will thank you. Your sanity, even more so.
