We saw some incredible individual performances in Week 1, with players like Christian McCaffrey and Ezekiel Elliott putting on a show. McCaffrey, the Carolina Panthers' running back, racked up an impressive 129 yards on the ground, while Elliott, the Dallas Cowboys' star, scored not one, not two, but three touchdowns. These guys are on fire!
But it wasn't all about the offense - we saw some pretty impressive defensive plays too. The New England Patriots' defense, for example, held the Pittsburgh Steelers to just three points in the first half. Talk about a shutdown performance! The Patriots' stingy defense is definitely something to keep an eye on this season.
