Highlight all cells that aren’t blank. Click Conditional Formatting. Use a formula: =A1<>“”. Apply a sick yellow fill. Now your data screams “look at me!”

You can even color entire rows if one cell is full. =$A1<>“” with the dollar sign locks the column. It’s like tying a balloon to a chair. The chair doesn’t fly, but the row pops.
