The Creative Arts Emmys were handed out over two nights, and let me tell you, there were some big surprises! Shows like Stranger Things and The Crown were among the top winners, taking home awards for outstanding special effects and outstanding cinematography, respectively. But what makes these wins so cool, you ask?
Well, for starters, Stranger Things won for its mind-blowing visual effects, which is no surprise given the show's EPIC battle scenes and otherworldly creatures. It's like the show's creators took a page out of Harry Potter's book and said, "Hey, let's make this even more magical!" And, honestly, who didn't love the suspenseful sound design in The Crown, which had us all on the edge of our seats?
