Did you actually plug it in? I know, I know, it’s the most embarrassing question. But we’ve all been there—frantically troubleshooting while the cord dangles sadly from the wall. Give it a wiggle, make sure the outlet is alive (try a lamp, or your phone charger if you’re brave).
If the outlet works, check if the power light is on. No light? Your Cooluli might be in a power nap it wasn’t supposed to take. Try a different outlet—sometimes these fridges are picky eaters when it comes to electricity.
