So, are all shops closed Easter Sunday? No, but many are. The answer depends on where you live, what chain you’re looking at, and how much your local deli owner values their sleep. The safest bet is to assume most big stores are shut and plan for it.
But here’s the warm and fuzzy part: this is a good thing. It reminds us that some days are meant for rest, family, and finding joy in the unplanned. Your Easter Sunday doesn’t need a perfect shopping list—it needs a little kindness and a lot of flexibility.
So go ahead, check your pantry now. Smile at the uncertainty. And if you end up eating leftover pizza with chocolate eggs for breakfast, you’re doing it right. Happy Easter—shops or no shops.
