Seal the shaker tight. Shake it like you’re trying to win a dance-off. Do it for about 15 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker feels like an ice cube. That’s when you know it’s cold enough to make a polar bear jealous.
Take your frozen glass out of the freezer. It might stick to your hand—that’s a good sign. Strain the cold, pale liquid into the glass. Don’t let all the melted ice chips in; just the good stuff. You’re a pro, not a lawn sprinkler.
